No. 1 Georgia has the highest chance with a 44 percent chance, followed by its SEC rival No. 2 Alabama who has a 24 percent chance.
No. 5 Ohio State came in third with a 16 percent chance. The last two teams on the list are No. 8 Oklahoma, with a 7 percent chance, and No. 6 Cincinnati.
Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Cincinnati would all need to win out in order to even make it in the playoff. However, these numbers could change once the CFP rankings get updated after the likes of Michigan State lost.
Ohio State and Michigan State are the only B1G teams to ever make the College Football Playoff since it was introduced in the 2014 season.
The CFP rankings are getting updated Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN. We’ll see where these teams end up.
