On Saturday, Dec. 28, Ohio State faces Clemson in an incredibly highly-anticipated College Football Playoff semifinal game. The winner plays the winner of LSU-Oklahoma in the title game.

Ahead of the matchup against the Tigers, a Panera Bread located on Ohio State’s campus decided to get some laughs by trolling Clemson:

In the non-conference this season, Ohio State played and beat Florida Atlantic (11-3), Cincinnati (10-3) and Miami (OH) (8-5). Those programs may not be powerhouses, but they each had successful seasons.

Clemson played Georgia Tech (3-9), Texas A&M (7-5) and Syracuse (5-7). Those programs aren’t exactly cupcakes. The records aren’t gaudy, but again, not really cupcakes.

This Panera Bread was poking fun at Clemson. No big deal.

Unless, of course, you’re a Tigers fan. Then you take offense to it and bring up the fact that Clemson beat Ohio State 31-0 the last time the two teams played in the College Football Playoff.

It’s all just trash talk right now, but we can’t wait for these teams to get onto the field again.
