Paul Finebaum is convinced that Urban Meyer is NFL-bound.

Meyer, the former Ohio State head coach who is currently an analyst at FOX, has been rumored to have drawn interest from the NFL. Having not coached for two seasons due to health issues, it appears that Meyer again has the itch to walk the sideline.

And the open Jacksonville Jaguars job has reportedly drawn interest. Finebaum, who works for ESPN and has his own show, thinks that Meyer is going to end up coaching on Sundays.

“I think he’s going to take one [of the NFL jobs],” Finebaum said. “If he wasn’t going to, we would’ve already gotten that word by now.”
Meyer, despite all his success at the college level, has never coached in the NFL – not even as an assistant. At Ohio State across seven seasons, he compiled an 83-9 record with a 2014 national championship. He never lost more than two games in a season with the Buckeyes.

The Jaguars are quite the rebuilding project, having gone 1-15 last season. But they hold the No. 1 overall pick (one of two first round picks they have in this spring’s NFL Draft). They also come into the offseason with the most salary cap space in the NFL.

And an owner with a ridiculous yacht too.
