PHOTOS: Ohio State fans hold rally supporting Urban Meyer
Approximately 200 Ohio State fans gathered outside of Ohio Stadium on Monday evening to hold a rally in support of Buckeyes’ head coach Urban Meyer. The rally, which was organized by an Ohio State fan from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, began around 6 p.m.
Fans brought signs degrading ESPN, chanted Urban Meyer’s name and showed support for the head coach in wake of allegations that he had a deeper knowledge of the domestic violence incident that occurred in 2015 involving former assistant coach Zach Smith.
The rally was organized by Jeff Hamms, who lives in Myrtle Beach.
