Quinn Ewers is getting ready to enter his senior season as the top-rated recruit for the class of 2022, and he added an all-star game honor to his collection Sunday.

In a graphic shared on Twitter, Ewers announced that he will be participating in the 2022 All-American Bowl. That game is set to be broadcast nationally by NBC on January 8.

A 6-foot-3 quarterback out of Southlake, Texas, Ewers is a five-star recruit and the top-rated player for the class of 2022 by the 247 Sports Composite Rankings. He flipped his commitment from Texas to Ohio State in November of last year, setting the tone for what is shaping up to be an epic recruiting class for the Buckeyes.

Ewers will likely not be the only Ohio State commit participating in the national all-star game. The Buckeyes currently have three five-star commits for 2022, including CB Jaheim Singletary and WR Caleb Burton. That is in addition to a multitude of four-star commitments and a total of nine recruits rated within the top 150 players nationally for the class.
