Quinshon Judkins is having the game of his life in the title game against Notre Dame.

On the first drive of the 2nd half, Judkins took a carry from the 25-yard line and rushed 70 yards. It was the longest play of the night by either team and set the Buckeyes up in a great position to add another score.

Just a few plays later, that’s exactly what happened.

On 3rd & Goal from the 1, Judkins again received the carry and found the end zone. The score was Judkins’ 3rd of the night and it put the Buckeyes up 28-7.

Judkins’ first score came in the 2nd quarter. The running back took a carry for a 9-yard score to put the Buckeyes up 14-7.

Then, later in the 2nd, Judkins broke wide-open in the end zone and caught a pass from Will Howard to extend the team’s lead to 21-7 just before halftime.

Judkins then completed the hat trick at the beginning of the 3rd and is showing no signs of slowing down. About halfway through the 3rd quarter, Judkins has 88 rushing yards and 2 rushing scores to go with 21 receiving yards and a receiving score.

The Buckeyes are in full control of the game, holding a 321-101 total yards advantage over the Irish and maintaining a 31-7 lead. The Buckeyes are just over 1 quarter away from winning their first National Championship since 2014.
