To’o To’o was a highly-recruited prospect in the 2019 cycle. According to 247Sports Composite rankings, To’o To’o was the No. 3 outside linebacker and the No. 44 overall player in the country for the 2019 class.

At Tennessee, To’o To’o was impressive. Through two years with the Vols, he played in 22 games and amassed 140 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, one interception and four pass deflections.

To’o To’o is one of several Tennessee starters to leave the program this offseason. The Vols are under NCAA investigation stemming from recruiting practices that took place under former head coach Jeremy Pruitt.

Coming out of high school, To’o To’o had offers from several top programs in the country including Alabama, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Texas A&M, USC and others.
