J.T. Barrett has landed a tryout opportunity with the Dallas Cowboys.

ESPN’s Todd Archer reported on Wednesday that Barrett, who spent his college days at Ohio State, and Illinois State’s Brady Davis will be headed to Dallas on a tryout basis. The news comes as former James Madison quarterback Ben DiNucci was not eligible to participate in the rookie minicamp this weekend.
