An incident involving Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott in which he allegedly pushed over a staff member at a Las Vegas music festival is expected to be reviewed by the NFL, according to multiple reports.

Yahoo Sports reported that the league will review the tape to determine if Elliott violated the terms of his previous suspension guidelines. The incident occurred earlier this month and was captured in a video shared by TMZ Sports.

Elliott was handcuffed at the music festival earlier in May after allegedly bumping a security guard, who then fell over a guardrail. Though he was temporarily detained, the running back was released and was not charged or arrested.

The incident is under review because of the league’s conduct review policy. Even though no legal action was taken, the NFL can still decide to dish out a punishment to Elliott for his behavior, if it’s found necessary.

Elliott has been previously suspended by the league for alleged abuse against an ex-girlfriend. He was forced to miss six games by the NFL in 2017.
