One bad decision can ruin everything.
That was the message that former All-Pro running back Ray Rice shared with Ohio State players. Rice didn’t play in the NFL after he was exiled from the league because video surfaced of him hitting his then-fiancée and dragging her out of a hotel elevator.
Rice stopped by the Buckeyes facility on Wednesday to share his story and about how good decision making can make all the difference:
CRITICAL words for our players to hear & understand in this day and age. “We’re all a moment away from our dreams or from losing it all” pic.twitter.com/Zk37rvszrI

Rice’s message is one that anyone could learn from. Perhaps the former Rutgers star will speak to several college football programs about the impact of making good decisions.
