Ryan Day delivers an awesome message to Ohio State players on maximizing potential
A head football coach has countless responsibilities. One of the primary duties, though, is to motivate players every single day, hoping to get the most out of every single individual on the team.
Ryan Day doesn’t seem to have much trouble with that. If Ohio State’s No. 1 ranking, 8-0 record and dominant performances aren’t enough evidence of that for you, perhaps a recent video shared by the Buckeyes on social media will change your mind.

Wednesday morning, Ohio State Football’s official Twitter account shared an awesome video of Day talking to his team about maximizing its potential and each individual looking into a mirror. It was a tough love kind of message, but one players seem to be embracing.
Again, the evidence of that comes on the field.
Ohio State is a perfect 8-0 on the season with games against Maryland and Rutgers on the horizon. The Buckeyes will likely be 10-0 heading into a Nov. 23 showdown with Penn State in what will likely determine the B1G.
But Day has a similar message each week, regardless of opponent. And it’s one worth watching:
