Ryan Day denies Ohio State shared Michigan’s signs with another B1G team
Ryan Day went on record saying that the claim stating that Ohio State shared Michigan’s signs with Purdue was false at Wednesday’s presser.
A report came out from ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg Tuesday saying that Ohio State shared the signals with Purdue before last season’s B1G Championship game. The report also said that Rutgers also had a part in it.
Day was 100% certain that Ohio State had no part in sharing the signs with anyone. He said that Ohio State’s compliance team got involved and didn’t come back with anything.
“I’m not gonna get into all that right now. I am gonna tell you this: nobody here did any of that. We went through and made sure that we asked all the questions,” said Day. “We got our compliance people involved and none of that came back at all. I can answer very strongly that it did not happen.”
