Much ado was made about the interaction between Ryan Day and Greg Schiano, but it does not seem like there will be any bad blood between the 2 going forward.

The whole debacle was started when Aron Cruickshank, Rutgers’ return man, was ejected for a late hit on punter Jesse Mirco. Schiano and Day were seen screaming at each other, and both coaches were hit with unsportsmanlike penalties. Schiano was near the Ohio State sideline in the middle of a crowd of his players.
Ryan Day’s squad would go on to easily dismantle Rutgers by a score of 49-10 to remain perfect on the season. It was good to see Day and Schiano shake hands after the game, and it’s unlikely there will be any controversy in the future between the two.
Ohio State can now prepare for a road game at Michigan State, while Rutgers will play host to Nebraska next week.
