Ohio State is almost always the heavy favorite, and therefore almost always the villain, especially on the road. Ryan Day addresses that notion Thursday on his midday radio show.
He says the Buckeyes have had to be willing to embrace the villain role Saturday.
“Any time Ohio State goes on the road, they are the villain. When we go on the road here, it’s not gonna be any different.” Ryan Day says the Buckeyes must maintain their focus on Saturday and have embraced the villain role.

Ohio State has a real shot of being the No. 1 team in the land when all is said and done at the end of the year. The Buckeyes look as stout as anyone in the B1G and the country.
Michigan State is just another roadblock the Buckeyes have to bypass. The game is set for 4 p.m. EST in East Lansing on ABC.
