Ryan Day provides status update of Justin Fields’ knee injury via pregame interview for B1G Championship Game

The Big Ten Championship Game is nearly here. It’s just minutes away. Ohio State-Wisconsin, round two.
Ahead of the game, Ohio State coach Ryan Day spoke with FOX sideline reporter Jenny Taft for an interview. He was asked about his quarterback, Justin Fields, who is dealing with a knee injury:
“He’s done a good job all week,” Day said of Fields. “He’s had a strong week of practice. So he’s ready to go and we’re going to do what we do, and he’ll be great.”

It sounds as though Fields is as ready as ever for the game against Wisconsin Saturday night. The contest is being televised on FOX.
Earlier this season, Ohio State beat Wisconsin 38-7 in Columbus, Ohio.
