Ryan Day reveals his message to Ohio State for Week 3 matchup vs. Toledo
No. 3 Ohio State takes on Toledo in Week 3 as head coach Ryan Day looks to use this game as a growing experience. Day had this to say about his team at Saturday’s Skull Session:
“We’re growing. We’re not perfect. But tonight … the message is to dominate. It’s time to start dominating. And the only way to dominate is to start fast.”

Ohio State didn’t have the big win it wanted in Week 1 with a 21-10 win over No. 5 Notre Dame. Ohio State later defeated Arkansas State 45-12 in Week 2 with a big scoring performance of 21 points in the third quarter.
Ohio State and Toledo have only faced other on the field three times, despite being in the same state with Ohio State winning all three matchups. The last time the two teams met, Ohio State took down Toledo 27-22 in 2011.
We’ll see if the Buckeyes can hit the ground running and make a strong statement against the Rockets.
