Ryan Day says Ohio State has 'a lot more to lose' thanks to team's success so far
Ohio State is 8-0. It is ranked No. 3 in the country according to the latest AP top 25 poll.
The Buckeyes are coming off a 38-7 shellacking against a Wisconsin team that looked elite outside of losing one last-second game the week prior. Many think Ohio State is the best team in the country.

On Tuesday, Buckeye coach Ryan Day met with the media. He still hasn’t lost a game as the head coach in Columbus. The hype behind Ohio State and its incredible players is only growing. Everything means more each week.
Day talked about that:
Day on the team's success so far: "All it means is that you have a lot more to lose if you let it get away from you. The more this builds, the more you have to lose. We're not going to get anxiou,s but we know we have a bigger bull's-eye on our chest."

Like Day said, he knows his team has a bigger bull’s-eye on its chest. Again, this all has to do with hype. There is legitimate hype with Ohio State. With that, means that there is more to lose. Why? Because the Buckeyes are great.
And, everybody is buying in. That’s why everybody wants to knock them off the top.
