Miyan Williams is set to practice Thursday afternoon following Ohio State’s Peach Bowl media day. He was set to appear ahead of reporters for the availability, but was feeling under the weather.

Head coach Ryan Day made it clear that Williams would be practicing Thursday afternoon and that he expects everyone to be available for said practice.

Of course, Ohio State will be without star running back TreVeyon Henderson when the Buckeyes take on No. 1 Georgia in the CFP Peach Bowl.  He had tried to play through a torn ligament in his left foot at the end of the year, but could not move the way he wanted. Henderson later announced he would have surgery on the foot, ending his season.

With Ohio sports betting coming at the end of the month, you can pre-register today and get hundreds of dollars in free bets to use on the Buckeyes, NFL games and other sports:

Williams and Henderson have not been able to find themselves on the field at the same time much this season. Both have gone in and out of the lineup with injury problems, and the last thing the Buckeyes need is something negative to happen to Williams. Still, the Buckeyes do have effective running back Dallan Hayden as a back up right now just in case the unthinkable happens.

The Peach Bowl is set for New Year’s Eve at 8 P.M. EST and will be aired on ESPN.
