Saints CB Marshon Lattimore lands in ‘NFL Top 100 Players of 2022’

New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore came in at No. 86 in the 2021 “NFL Top 100 Players” ranking.
While the former Ohio State star slipped a bit in 2022, he found himself on the list once again, this time coming in at No. 89, the NFL Network revealed on Sunday evening.
Headed into his 6th season, Lattimore in September inked a 5-year contract extension worth nearly $100 million that will keep him in New Orleans until at least 2026. In 2021, he made 68 tackles and 3 interceptions, as well as 19 passes defended, 3rd in the NFL. The NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2017, he was named to the Pro Bowl that season, and has been to the last 3 after an absence in 2018. Headed into the 2018 campaign, he was No. 82 on the Top 100 list.
The Saints finished 2021 with a 9-8 mark, good for a 2nd place finish in the NFC South Division.
