VIDEO: Curtis Samuel torches Maryland defense for long touchdown catch
Curtis Samuel does it all for Ohio State.
He runs out of the backfield, he catches passes and apparently, he’s the team’s new deep threat, too.
Maryland appeared to have Samuel covered on a deep ball from J.T. Barrett. But Samuel actually drew a pass interference call.
So naturally, OSU called the same exact play on the next snap. And this time, Samuel took it for six:

For those keeping track, Samuel finished the first quarter with 85 yards and two touchdowns on five touches. It’s probably time to start putting him in the All-America conversation.
