Several Ohio State fans planning boycott of ESPN’s College GameDay

Columbus is going to turn into the Midwestern version of Hollywood this weekend, as three popular pregame shows will be in town for the colossal B1G matchup between No. 8 Penn State and No. 2 Ohio State. ESPN’s College GameDay, FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff and BTN Tailgate will all set up shop on OSU’s campus on Saturday.

But there are some fans who will only be welcoming two of those shows to Columbus. This week, some Ohio State faithful are urging fans to boycott College GameDay on Saturday because of the network’s perceived “SEC bias.”

It started with a few tweets following GameDay’s announcement that it would be in Columbus for the top 10 showdown of B1G behemoths. Now, it’s become a trending topic on social media, complete with the #BoycottGameDay hashtag.
