Four-star son of former Buckeye commits to Ohio State
The Ohio State family grew on Friday.
Brendon White, a four-star safety in the 2017 class, announced his commitment to the Buckeyes on Twitter.

White’s father, William, played for Ohio State and was an 11-year NFL veteran. According to the 247sports composite rankings, White is the nation’s No. 22 safety.
The Powell, Ohio native turned down offers from Illinois, Michigan State and Notre Dame to join the defending national champions. He committed to the Buckeyes after receiving an offer on Wednesday.
It marks the 11th recruit Urban Meyer landed in the 2017 class, which ranks as the best in the country. He and Isaiah Pryor are the two safeties Meyer has received commitments from for the 2017 group.
