Terry McLaurin comes down with insane big gain grab in double coverage for Washington Commanders

Terry McLaurin is bound to make a big play in just about every game he plays. Even if he’s held down early, it’s only a matter of time until he breaks through.
Facing the San Francisco 49ers on Christmas Eve, McLaurin came up with his big play in the third quarter of action. McLaurin was able to get a step behind his defender on the play but there was not a lot of separation in the secondary.
Taylor Heinicke still gave his guy a shot, putting a perfect deep ball between McLaurin’s defender and the safety moving over to help. McLaurin was able to adjust to the ball, and he turned in a highlight-reel grab in the process.
Here’s an up-close view of the catch:

McLaurin was able to cap that drive by getting open for a touchdown to keep the Commanders close on the road.
What a drive for the Pro Bowler! @TheTerry_25
