Eichenberg is in his 4th year with the Ohio State football program. He has appeared in 17 games for the Buckeyes so far.

He has had some career highs for Ohio State this season as well. Against Notre Dame, he had a season high in total tackles (9) and sacks (2). One thing that he has liked so far this season is his role as a leader, and just wants to keep getting better at the end of the day.
“I’m part of the defense. We all play as one,” he said. “I try to do my job and help my team out as much as I can.”

Ohio State will need to play as a unit against Wisconsin, as Braelon Allen is not an easy man to stop once he gets going.
