Mike Weber left Ohio State’s Week 4 matchup against Tulane early after suffering a foot injury, but the running back should be fine for next weekend’s game against Penn State, according to head coach Urban Meyer.
Weber left in the first half of Saturday’s game, walking back to the locker room with a slight limp. He didn’t dress for the second half and didn’t return to the field once leaving the contest.
But Meyer said Weber’s injury isn’t a huge concern and he should be fine for next Saturday.

The Buckeyes cruised to a 49-6 win over Tulane to improve to 4-0 on the season. With a 42-6 lead at halftime, there was really no need for Weber to return.
In the first three games of the season, Weber has registered 281 yards and three touchdowns on 46 carries. All three of his scoring runs came in Week 1 against Oregon State.
Against Tulane, Weber had just six carries for 18 yards.
Next Saturday, Ohio State travels to Happy Valley to take on Penn State in a colossal B1G East matchup. Both teams enter the contest with a 4-0 record and 1-0 in conference play.
