What hasn’t Ohio State QB Dwayne Haskins done for the Buckeyes this season?
Leading his team to the College Football Playoff would be one, but outside of that, it’s hard to think of anything else. When it comes to Haskins and his arm, he’s second to none.
Ohio State coach Urban Meyer historically has had more of a running QB lead the way for his offense and the ground attack is what leads his teams. However, this isn’t your average year. Meyer has Haskins and has utilized him brilliantly.
With the 70 percent completion percentage to go along with over 4,000 yards passing and 47 TD passes this season, it’s hard to deny Haskins of many awards. That includes the Heisman Trophy according to Meyer:
More Meyer on Haskins being deserving of being a Heisman finalist: "He's going one way or another. I'll fly him there myself."
