According to a report from the Cincinnati Enquirer, former Ohio State defensive lineman Adolphus Washington was arrested on Sunday night for improper concealment of a firearm.

Washington, who was drafted in the third round by the Buffalo Bills, “reached for and displayed a gun while sitting inside his vehicle just feet away from the officers,” according to the Enquirer.

The incident occurred while officers were clearing out the parking lot outside of Sharonville Waterpark (Ohio). Washington was released by police later that night.

The former Buckeye was arrested prior to the Fiesta Bowl for solicitingĀ a prostitute, and subsequently suspended for his final collegiate game.

Washington had 21 tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss in his rookie season with the Bills.

The Buffalo Bills released a statement saying that they were aware of the incident and that they would not comment further on it.
