UCF is going for blood.
After finishing the regular season with an undefeated record for a second-straight year, the Knights are trying to make another statement in a high-profile bowl game, much like it did a year ago in the Peach Bowl with a win over Auburn last year.
Playing LSU in the Fiesta Bowl, UCF has an opportunity to make a statement by posting a win over one of the SEC’s top teams. Early in the game, the Knights are accelerating at full speed.
With a 7-3 lead early in the game, Brandon Moore intercepted a pass from Joe Burrow, returning it 93 yards for the touchdowns. In the process, Burrow was absolutely destroyed by a Knights defender.

The hit was so vicious that it was reviewed for targeting. There was no penalty on the play and the block was ruled a clean hit.
Burrow is one tough guy, but that’s one he’s going to feel tomorrow morning.
