Now, this is the start Ohio State fans were looking for!
Quarterback Justin Fields is making his first start for the Buckeyes after transferring from Georgia, and he already has two touchdowns to his credit. The game was not even five minutes old before Fields put 14 points on the board.
Fields started the game with an electric run just past midfield. He kept the ball on an option play before exploding through the hole and outrunning everyone for the 51-yard score:

Fields wasn’t done, quickly adding to his total on the next drive. This time, he found a wide-open receiver over the middle of the field for a 25-yard touchdown pass:

So far, the dual-threat playmaker has been as advertised. Let’s hope he keeps this up!
