Ohio State is off to a fast start in 2019. The Buckeyes scored 28 points in the first quarter against Florida Atlantic on Saturday, but even with the sizable lead, Ohio State didn’t stop laying punches — both literally and figuratively.

Buckeyes junior running back J.K. Dobbins delivered what will likely become one of the nastiest stiff arms of Week 1, shoving a Florida Atlantic defender several yards away while he tried to make a tackle.

On his first seven carries of the afternoon, Dobbins recorded 48 yards, which is good enough for an average of 6.9 yards per carry. He also had a 14-yard reception in the first 20 minutes against Florida Atlantic.

Dobbins is aiming to record his third straight 1,000-yard rushing season this fall. He posted 1,403 rushing yards as a freshman in 2017 and then eclipsed the 1,000-mark again with 1,053 yards on the ground last year.
