In case you weren’t ready for the first week of B1G football, Ohio State released something that will have you fired off for kickoff.
Monday, the Buckeyes released an intense hype video for the season opening game against Indiana on Thursday. If it doesn’t give you goosebumps, you may not be a true college football fan:
This game is not war. But like war, it can teach valuable lessons.
This is the season of ownership. And it begins Thursday.#BeatIU #GoBucks https://t.co/8KqTb9DiUC— Ohio State Football (@OhioStateFB) August 28, 2017
While Ohio State vs. Indiana may not look like a huge game on paper, it is a significant matchup. Not only is it a B1G game to open the year, College GameDay will make its first ever trip to Bloomington and the game will be aired on ESPN MegaCast.
Former Hoosiers head coach Kevin Wilson will also be back in Memorial Stadium as the Buckeyes offensive coordinator after resigning from Indiana in 2016.
Indiana head coach Tom Allen has also tabbed the game as the most important home opener in the history of IU football.
