The start of the No. 10 Ohio State-Maryland game was a disaster for the Buckeyes.
Had it not been for a missed field goal, the Terrapins would have led 20-3 early in the second quarter. However, that FG was missed, and the Buckeyes capitalized.
Quarterback Dwayne Haskins, on the very next play, found WR Terry McLaurin on a 68-yard bomb to bring the score to 17-10 with over 10 minutes remaining in the second quarter.

It's apparently "Big Play Day" today.

Haskins, with that throw, broke Ohio State’s single-season passing record as well. He now has thrown for 3,375 yards during his sophomore campaign. The TD also brings his single-season total to 34, which is 1 shy of J.T. Barrett’s record of 35 TD thrown in 2017.
