Despite the threat that Purdue brought, Ohio State had a huge performance on offense as they defeated Purdue 59-31. Ohio State outscored Purdue 45-17 in the first half through a dynamic and explosive performance in the air and the ground.
Ohio State outgained Purdue in total yards accounted for 624-to-481 as their star players in quarterback C.J. Stroud, running back TreVeyon Henderson, running back Miyan Williams, and wide receiver Garrett Wilson all had huge impact performances.
Ohio State is two wins away from potentially competing in the B1G Conference Championship game, but Day looks for his team to finish the regular season strong.
