2023 3-star CB gets offer from Penn State

Jermaine Mathews got on offer from Penn State on Thursday. He is a CB from the class of 2023.

Mathews is listed as a 3-star CB from Winton Woods High School in Cincinnati, Ohio per the 247Sports Composite. Mathews is the No. 54 CB and No. 15 player from Ohio in his class. He has 32 offers. Illinois, Indiana, Purdue, Maryland, and Rutgers have all offered him from the B1G.

Mathews posted about the offer he got from the Nittany Lions on Thursday from his Twitter account.

Penn State has No. 3 overall and No. 1 class in the B1G for 2023.  The Nittany Lions already have 2 DB commits.
