Tyler Warren has been a versatile offensive weapon for Penn State this season, and on Saturday, the Nittany Lions tight end added to his highlight reel with an outstanding touchdown run against Illinois at Beaver Stadium.

With the Nittany Lions facing a second-and-goal from the Illini’s 3-yard-line, Warren took a direct snap from the center, ran it up the middle, and soared into the end zone as Penn State pulled level with Illinois.

It’s Warren’s fourth rushing touchdown of the season, split between the ground and through the air. He entered Saturday’s game with 226 yards receiving and 16 yards on the ground, on pace for a career high in the former category.

As for the Nittany Lions, they’re looking to improve on 4-0 on the season and open their 2024 Big Ten schedule with a win.
