Allen Robinson is going to be out for the rest of the 2022 season with an injury. The news was confirmed by his HC Sean McVay following the L.A. Rams’ 26-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Robinson is going to have foot surgery that will effectively end his season. Robinson joined the Rams this season after he couldn’t reach a contract extension with the Chicago Bears.

The Penn State product had 339 yards receiving and 3 touchdowns before his year was cut short. Robinson missed the game against the Chiefs after suffering the injury in Week 11.

Injuries continue to pile up at receiver for the Rams, who are already without Cooper Kupp for the next few weeks due to a high ankle sprain.

Robinson was originally drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2nd round of the 2014 NFL Draft. Robinson stayed with the Jaguars until 2017 before signing with the Bears in 2018.

This is terrible news for Robinson, who was in his first season with L.A. Things are not looking good for the defending Super Bowl Champion Rams.
