Penn State remains hot on the recruiting trail, picking up a second commitment in as many days. The latest pledge comes from Baltimore OL Zachary Franks.

Listed at 6-6, 290 pounds, Frank is rated a 3-star recruit. The 247Sports Composite ranks him as the No. 16 Maryland product, No. 86 offensive tackle and No. 881 recruit overall nationally.

Franks drew interest from around the country, totaling 30 scholarship offers. He chose Penn State over offers from Indiana, Maryland, Nebraska, Northwestern, Rutgers and others.

Franks made his big announcement via his Twitter account, tweeting a pair of “committed” graphics. He is commitment No. 15 in a 2019 class with Composite rankings of No. 3 in the Big Ten and No. 13 nationally. His junior season highlights are available below.
