To call Saquon Barkley a weight-room warrior would be an understatement.

Last year, the Penn State tailback got some buzz after he power cleaned 390 pounds to tie a program record set by defensive tackle Anthony Zettel.

This year, Barkley one-upped himself.

Watch him power clean 405 pounds (via Iron Lions):

There’s a reason Barkley is already generating hype as a top-five pick in the 2018 NFL draft. Add in his blistering 40-yard dash and his bevy of highlight-reel runs, and it’s not hard to see why that’s the case.

Barkley has at least one more year of doing freakish things for the Lions. In other words, this won’t be the last video of his extraordinary feats.
