VIDEO: Is that M.J.? No, it’s 270-pound Penn State tight end Nick Bowers

It’s one thing for a football player to wear a pair of Air Jordans. It’s another to pull off M.J.’s signature jumpman dunk.

Credit Nick Bowers for doing the latter.

Saquon Barkley got a video of the 6-4, 270-pound Penn State tight end jumping over one of his PSU teammates and throwing down a dunk:

Think it was only impressive in slow motion? Nope, it was still just as freakish in full speed:

It shouldn’t come as a major surprise to see Bowers throw down like that. The 6-4 redshirt freshman played basketball at Kittanning High School. Originally a Pittsburgh commit, Bowers flipped to Penn State.

The former three-star recruit will have a chance to battle for playing time this fall. With the Lions thin at the position, Bowers could prove to be too athletic to keep off the field.
