Drew Allar capitalizes with 4th-down laser for White Out TD vs. Iowa
The Penn State Nittany Lions are facing off against the Iowa Hawkeyes in the annual White Out game. About halfway through the 2nd quarter, there had not been much offense from either side. The Nittany Lions were facing a 4th down in the red zone with a 3-0 lead.
Instead of settling for a short field goal, coach James Franklin decided to be aggressive and go for it. Drew Allar found Khalil Dinkins on a crosser in the back of the end zone to put the Nittany Lions up 10-0.

That was the first TD of the year for Dinkins and the 5th for Allar. The score was much-needed for an offense that had struggled to get anything going all night. With around 8 minutes left in the first half, neither team had surpassed 100 passing yards and neither had surpassed 50 rushing yards.
Both teams are hoping to stay perfect on the season. This would be the 2nd B1G win for Penn State and the 1st for Iowa.
