Penn State takes on Central Michigan on Saturday, looking to keep its hot streak alive before conference play.

The 2 teams have started the season in completely different ways. Penn State is off to a hot 3-0 start while Central Michigan has picked up just 1 win in its first 3.

ESPN’s FPI gives the nod to Penn State in this one by a landslide. ESPN gives Penn State a 96.1% chance to win the game.

Central Michigan started the season off on a good note, holding its own against Oklahoma State. That Week 1 team was nowhere to be found in Week 2 as the Chippewas lost to South Alabama in Week 2. Central Michigan is now coming off its first win of the season to Bucknell.

Penn State is also coming off a big win, though. The Nittany Lions walked into Auburn on Saturday and handled the Tigers easily, winning 41-12 against a talented team. Running back Nick Singleton led the way with 124 yards and 2 touchdowns.

The last and only time these two teams met was in 2005. Penn State took the game easily, winning 40-3. The Nittany Lions will look for similar results this Saturday.

Penn State and Central Michigan kick off at 12 p.m. on Saturday at Beaver Stadium
