Izaiah Brockington has officially found his next destination.
The former Penn State star who initially began his career at St. Bonaventure played for the Nittany Lions each of the past two seasons. He started 24 games during the 2020-21 season, finishing second on the team in scoring.
Unfortunately, Brockington decided to enter the transfer portal, along with a number of other players, following the change in head coaches when Micah Shrewsberry was hired. On Wednesday, Brockington announced he will be heading to the Big 12.
He posted on his Twitter account that he will transfer to Iowa State for his next phase:

Brockington was second on the Nittany Lions with 12.6 points per game this season and also averaged 4.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists. He also played 29.7 minutes per game. Brockington has a career average of 7.9 points per game in 90 career games between St. Bonaventure and Penn State.
Best of luck to Brockington as he heads to the Big 12 to continue his career.
