Former Penn State tight end Danny Dalton has revealed his transfer destination.

Early Sunday afternoon, Dalton announced that he would be finishing his academic and athletic career at Boston College. The tight end’s name was entered in the transfer portal following the 2018 season, along with several other Nittany Lions.

Dalton made the announcement via Twitter.

“I am excited to announce that following my graduation in June, I will be grad-transferring to Boston College and finishing my collegiate career at a place that is very special to me,” Dalton wrote. “It’s funny how things come full circle in life, and I couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity.”

Dalton appeared in three games for the Nittany Lions in 2018, catching three passes for 19 yards.

The tight end is a native of Marshfield, Massachusetts, meaning he’ll close out his college football career a little closer to home.
