Dallas Cowboy and star NFL linebacker Micah Parsons is hot on the recruiting trail for Penn State football in the offseason.

Parsons sent a PSA to college prospects, especially linebackers from Pennsylvania, mulling over where to play football at the next level.

“If you’re from Pennsylvania and you don’t go to Penn State … LBU … to play for Coach (James) Franklin, then you, my friend, are crazy,” Parsons said in a promotional video posted on Penn State’s official Twitter account. “My dreams, my vision all came true under hard work and under Coach Franklin’s vision. So if I were you, I’d come here, too.”

Parsons, the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2021, could be addressing any number of prospects to add to Penn State’s No. 5 ranked national 2023 class.

Philidelphia linebacker Semaj Bridgeman and Fairfax, Virginia native Tony Rojas are two prospects Penn State has been pursuing. The Nittany Lions are looking to add to their first true linebacker to an already stacked top 5 class.
