Former Penn State tight end Mike Gesicki has hauled in his first career NFL touchdown catch. It comes midway through his second year in the league.

Sunday, as the Miami Dolphins traveled to Cleveland to take on the Browns, Ryan Fitzpatrick delivered a perfect strike to Gesicki in the end zone during the third quarter of the game. That touchdown made the score 28-10, as Gesicki made a leaping grab for the score.

Below is the video of Gesicki making his first touchdown catch in the NFL.

Gesicki has played in 27 career games with the Dolphins through his first two years and had hauled in 50 catches for 496 yards. He was a consistent target but was unable to find the end zone.

The Dolphins entered Sunday’s game with a 2-8 record.

Gesicki was taken in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft, going No. 42 overall to the Dolphins.
