Highlights from Penn State's spring game
Penn State took the field for the final time during the spring season on Saturday, hosting its annual Blue-White Game. This year’s version was slightly different from years past.
Because of limited numbers, James Franklin decided to go with an offense vs. defense format for this weekend’s spring game. The end result was a 17-13 victory for the defense.
While we saw some of the first-team players throughout the afternoon, Saturday’s scrimmage also gave some of Penn State’s younger talent an opportunity to get some quality reps.
Below are some of the highlights from Saturday afternoon in State College as Penn State wrapped up the 2022 spring season and starts to focus on summer and fall:
