Last night, the college football world had its eyeballs on Penn State hosting Michigan. Even if you weren’t a football fan, you had to see the White Out crowd.

Over 100,000 screaming fans all dressed in white is something to see in its own right. But the game between Penn State and Michigan had its own drama.

The Nittany Lions were up 21-0 early in the game, but Michigan made it interesting, trailing 28-21 deep in the fourth quarter. Penn State got a stop of fourth-and-goal to eventually secure the seven-point victory.

After the game, Penn State coach James Franklin talked about numerous topics with the media, but mentioned what the keys to victory were as well:

Franklin pointed out his team’s explosiveness and ball security as to the keys to victory. Wide receiver KJ Hamler made a couple big plays, catching six passes for 108 yards and two touchdowns.

Penn State also didn’t turn the ball over, while Michigan had a costly interception that resulted in seven Penn State points.
