Penn State currently sits at 9-2 on the season with a 6-2 record in Big Ten play. The Nittany Lions bounced back from their loss to Michigan with a 27-6 win over Rutgers last Saturday. Penn State saw their starting quarterback leave with an apparent injury, but still pulled away from the Scarlet Knights in the second half.
Franklin is in his 10th season in charge of the Nittany Lions football program and is 1 win away from putting together his 5th double digit win season since he’s taken over the program, and 2nd in a row.
Penn State heads on the road this Friday to take on Michigan State at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
