James Franklin has to find out a way to get his team ready to face C.J. Stroud on Saturday. Stroud isn’t an easy guy to prepare for.

Franklin has been trying to figure out how to replicate Stroud on the practice field so that his defense can get an idea of what to expect. That’s going to be easier said than done. Franklin said that players like Stroud are a rare breed.

“I don’t think you really can,” said Franklin. “There’s not too many people in the country that have a quarterback like that.”

Stroud has accounted for 2,203 yards passing and 28 touchdowns for the Buckeyes this year. The Penn State defense will face one of its toughest challenges in Week 9. The Nittany Lions are allowing 232.9 yards passing per game this season.

Will the Penn State defense be able to handle what Stroud brings to the table?
