Penn State head coach James Franklin was keeping a watchful eye on FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff pregame show on Saturday, with the B1G releasing its new 2020 schedule for the fall season. And once it game out, Franklin was a guest on the show.

It’s been a crazy few months for everyone in the B1G. But Franklin had been one of the more vocal leaders in the conference, demanding answers behind the league’s initial decision to postpone the 2020 season. He, along with Ryan Day (Ohio State), Scott Frost (Nebraska) and Jim Harbaugh (Michigan), pushed hardest for the conference to reconsider.

On Wednesday, the B1G reversed course and reinstated the fall season. Now, Penn State refocuses its attention on winning a B1G title and potentially earning a spot in the College Football Playoff.

Navigating this season will be difficult, and Penn State attempting to compete for the national title for the first time under Franklin will be an incredible challenge. But Franklin talked about all of that, and more, during his appearance on Big Noon Kickoff.
